The New York City Parks and Recreation summer internship is open to college and high school students. The position is unpaid but provides excellent exposure to, and experience in, the works of the Offices of Deputy Commissioners, Marketing & Special Events, Natural Resource Management, Capital Projects – Architecture/Landscape Architecture, Forestry & Horticulture, Public Information, Management Information Systems and Operations, etc.
